The Opportunity:
Our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Fabrication Supervisor to lead their busy workshop team. This role involves overseeing daily factory operations, ensuring the production of high-quality fabricated components, and providing on-site support during installations when required.

Experience required:

• Experience in staircase or balustrade fabrication/installation is essential
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a workshop or fabrication environment
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Solid understanding of NCC, AS/NZS, and relevant Australian building codes
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
• Willingness to occasionally support installation teams on-site
